This program is a specific program based off of the book ****. It applies practical application based on the research shown to support women with perimenopause/menopause symptoms.
This program runs 2x per week for a total of 60 minutes per session.

How does it work?​
This program aligns with the latest research to support women with perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
Exercise helps to alleviate anxiety; boost confidence and body image with the ongoing changes women experience during this time. The body undergoes many changes as we enter this phase of life.
Workouts are tailored toward women rather than traditional ways of working out which are often backed by research done on men. This book**** offers extensive research in the field along with exercises specifically targeted for a woman’s body during this time period.

What do the sessions look like?​​​​​

Sessions entail weight work along with specific cardiovascular work again targeted for a woman’s body undergoing perimenopause and menopause.

Strength training with weights building on strength to preserve muscle mass along with interval training at high intensity with rest periods are examples of what the program offers.
