Somatic Trauma Therapy

Somatic Trauma Therapy uses body-focused awareness to release trauma stored in the body, helping to regulate the nervous system through movement and grounding techniques. It focuses on bodily sensations to process trauma without retraumatization.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that involves gentle touch or no contact to channel energy through the practitioner's palms to promote healing.  Energy flows into the body to support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy is outdoor counselling where a client and therapist walk together, using movement an nature to facilitate the session and help to reduce anxiety through grounding.
